2. Services Overview

2.1 Professional Consultation Services

datarights offers expert guidance on data processing, privacy compliance, and user rights advocacy. Consultation sessions are scheduled on mutually agreed dates and conducted virtually or in person.

2.2 Digital Information Products

We provide digital materials such as e-books, whitepapers, and online courses related to data protection and user rights education. Access is granted immediately upon full settlement of applicable fees.

2.3 Physical Goods

datarights may supply branded merchandise or printed publications. Physical items are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and refrain from misuse of our site. Unauthorized sharing of access credentials is prohibited.

4. Fees and Settlement

All fees are as stated at the time of purchase. Fees must be paid in full before service delivery or product access. Once processed, fees are final except as provided under Section 5.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable due to resource scheduling. You may reschedule a session by notifying us at least 48 hours before the appointment. No reschedule or refund is available for cancellations made within 48 hours or missed sessions.

5.2 Digital Information Products

Requests for refunds of digital products must be submitted within 14 days of settlement and only if no access or download has occurred. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be shipped back to datarights within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition. Customer covers shipping expenses. Once received and inspected, funds are refunded via the original payment method within 14 days. Alternatively, an swap for another item or credit against future purchase is available upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

datarights shall not be liable for indirect or special losses arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service or product.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, swapmarks, and content on datarights are protected and owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access for breach of these terms or unlawful conduct.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
